Can-Fan RKW 160L/810 – Temperature-Controlled Plastic Tube Fan
The Can-Fan RKW 160L is a backward-curved centrifugal duct fan with built-in temperature control, housed in a durable plastic casing. The fan features integrated electronic airflow regulation based on the temperature of the extracted air: simply set your target temperature on the rotary dial, and the internal sensor automatically increases the motor speed when the extract air rises 1 °C above the set point, and decreases it when the temperature drops 1 °C below. Speed regulation is achieved via winding taps, so it produces no additional noise.
The Swiss-made motor is protected by an integrated thermal switch that automatically shuts it off if the operating temperature reaches a dangerous level. With a capacity of 810 m³/h, the fan is well suited for extraction in medium to large grow spaces.
Important: Do not use an external fan controller with this model – speed regulation is handled entirely by the integrated temperature controller.
For maximum extraction efficiency and odour filtration, the manufacturer recommends pairing the fan with Can-Filters carbon filters – the ideal matches for this model are the CAN-Lite 800, CAN350BFT or CAN366BFT.
