Type-B Adapter for Connecting UIS Controllers to Grow Lights from Other Manufacturers

This adapter is designed to connect UIS controllers to grow lights with RJ11 and RJ12 connectors using resistor dimmers. The Type-B adapter is compatible with a variety of grow lights. By connecting your lighting device to one of our controllers, you can automate light cycles, scheduling, and dynamic responses to temperature and humidity changes. The light also connects to the UIS platform, which integrates smart controllers and grow devices to create the ideal environment for your plants.

Our WiFi-enabled smart controllers allow you to monitor and control your grow from anywhere, providing data graphs and alerts through the AC Infinity app. Once you connect the first light to the controller, you can daisy-chain additional lights with RJ11 or RJ12 connectors using the manufacturer’s method. A 10-foot long RJ11/12 extension cable is included.

Compatibility with Lights
Most grow lights with RJ11 and RJ12 connectors using resistor dimming are compatible with this Type-B adapter. However, each dimmer manufacturer uses a different protocol, so some lights may have limited dimming ranges with our controllers. Lights that feature spectrum control or use PWM or voltage protocols are not compatible. For these lights, refer to our other light adapter or UIS control plug. A firmware update via the AC Infinity app may be required for this adapter to work properly.

Compatible Lights Include (but are not limited to):

• CHILLED TECH – GROWCRAFT Series, compatible with their Push-Lock Dimmer to RJ12 Adapter (Model GC-DIM-TM-RJ12-1).
• HLG – All models with RJ 0-10V dimming box, including those with Inventronics controllers.
• MARS HYDRO – FC, FC-E, SP, and TS models with MOSO/MEANWELL controllers. For MARS HYDRO models with their own controllers, see our Type-A adapter.
• MIGRO – ARAY Series.
• SPIDER FARMER – SE and SF models with MOSO/MEANWELL controllers. For SPIDER FARMER models with their own controllers, see our Type-A adapter.
