Dius Maximus 720W LED system is an absolute novelty for the end of 2022! This high power, high efficiency 6 bar LED fixture is powered and controlled by a 600W electronic ballast of any kind, which can have the ability to BOOST power by up to 20%. The ballast must be purchased separately!

This driverless LED system can produce a PPF of up to 1872 µmol/s and an efficiency of 2.7 µmol/J. Thanks to the latest full-spectrum chip technology, the Dius Maximus 720W is ideal for the entire life cycle of the plant, both growth and flowering.

With its dimensions of 110x108x5 cm and weight of 7.8 kg, and a PPF strength of up to 1872 µmol/s, it is ideal for a 1.5x1.5 m growing area

The latest technology with 6i LED panels and the latest full-spectrum LED chips combine to create the perfect balanced spectrum for your plants, both for growth and flowering! The Dius Maximus 720W system is lightweight and easy to install. One of the biggest advantages of this LED system is the external ballast. You can connect any 600W ballast, have it located outside your grow box and regulate the LED from the comfort of outside the grow area.

Another advantage of the LED system is that it can handle up to 720W of power. Whether you have or buy a 600W ballast with BOOST function, you don't have to worry about overloading.

Where should I place the electronic ballast?

1. The ballast can be mounted on the LED fixture using the supplied brackets and fasteners.
2. The ballast can be placed remotely (up to 10 m) from the LED luminaire using the LUMii extension/connecting cable.

Option 1 is simpler and requires no additional components. However, the heat emitted by the ballast will tend to contribute to the ambient temperature of the growing environment during the daylight / growing season.

With option 2, if the ballast is located remotely, heat control in the grow environment is easier and the ballast can be controlled without entering the box or disturbing the grow room.
