The UVR6030 set contains two UV bars (UV60) and two IR bars (IR30), each 90 cm long in a sturdy metal housing. It supplements the spectrum of the main grow light with ultraviolet and far-red components; the manufacturer recommends it for fixtures drawing over 500 W (for example the SF7000, SE7000, G8600, G1000W, SE1000W and SE1200W). Each UV bar draws 27 W and has 120 diodes at 365–370 nm, and each IR bar draws 15 W and has 88 diodes at 730–745 nm.

According to the manufacturer, 730 nm IR light promotes stem growth and the onset of flowering and helps plants transition into the night phase, while 365 nm UV light increases yield and enhances the flavour and aroma of fruits and herbs. The IR bars are a supplementary source of far-red light and are not intended as a standalone source for triggering the Emerson effect.

The bars have a fixed 80 cm cable, which reduces the risk of loose connections, and come with brackets for quick mounting and hangers. The set is compatible with the GGS AC5 and AC10 power strips, which let you schedule its operation in the app.
