The Spider Farmer SF600 is a one-metre LED panel (100 × 15 × 3.54 cm) designed for raising seedlings, cuttings, herbs, vegetables and flowering plants on racks, shelves and in smaller grow tents. It carries 384 diodes with reflectors that focus the light onto the plants, and at a power draw of 74 W it reaches an efficiency of 2.3 µmol/J.

The spectrum consists of warm white (2800–3000 K), cool white (4800–5000 K), red (660–665 nm) and an IR component (730–740 nm), so the light covers germination, vegetative growth and flowering. The beam angle is 120°.

Installation is simple: the light is hung on the included hangers and plugged into a socket, with no ballast or lamp holder needed. Its low profile and low heat output allow it to be used in a cabinet, on a shelf or above a worktop. The manufacturer specifies coverage of 60 × 120 cm and recommends it for 70 × 140 cm tents.
