The Spider Farmer SE5000 is a full-spectrum bar-style LED grow light with a power draw of 480 W, an efficiency of 2.9 µmol/J and a photon flux (PPF) of 1420 µmol/s. Core coverage is 90 × 90 cm, maximum coverage 120 × 120 cm, and the manufacturer recommends it for 120 × 120 cm tents. The bars spread light evenly across the whole area, reducing hot spots and shadows. The 2026 version uses Bridgelux diodes supplemented with OSRAM 660 nm red diodes that support the flowering stage.

The open design with large aluminium heatsinks helps airflow and heat dissipation. Brightness is adjusted with a rotary dimmer, and up to 50 fixtures can be linked (daisy chain) and controlled together. In the Spider Farmer app (Bluetooth and Wi-Fi) you can set a lighting schedule with target brightness, sunrise/sunset simulation, and automatic dimming to 11% or shutoff when a set temperature is reached. With an optional sensor, the app shows the current PPFD and can maintain a set value.
