This compressor dehumidifier draws in humid air, condenses the water out of it and returns the dry air to the grow space through a hose. Condensate collects in a built-in 2.1 L tank or drains continuously through the included drain hose. When the tank is full, the unit stops automatically and resumes operation once emptied. The manufacturer states that running it raises the tent temperature by approximately 1–2 °C.

The dry-air hose is designed for grow tents with a footprint from 60 × 60 to 150 × 150 cm. Target humidity can be set between 30 and 80% RH, and the available modes are dehumidifying, drying, continuous operation and timer. The low fan speed is intended for slow drying of the harvest. After a power outage, the last settings are restored.

The dehumidifier connects via an RJ12 cable to the GGS AC5 or AC10 power strip and to the GGS controller. Fan speed, run time and automatic humidity maintenance can then be controlled via Bluetooth or the Spider Farmer app. When connected to a GGS power strip, the dehumidifier's built-in sensor is disabled and the GGS system's sensor takes over. Before first use, let the unit stand upright for 24 hours.
